Getting StartedThe American Samoa Department of Health Immunization Division (ASDoHID) uses HL7 Protocols to collect basic information from an organization for immunization data exchange, such as organization name and address, number of associated facilities/sites, and general information about and organizations electronic health record (EHR). To get started, a provider organization must register with ASDoHID website www.asdohimmunize.org online or complete and submit a registration form that can be uploaded to the ASDoHID website. Figure 1-1 provides a visual indicating the use of a Data Exchange Registration, as well as other key documents and tools, through the onboarding process. |
